Co-Curricular Musical

Our biennial College Musical is open to all students from Years 7 to 12, with participation determined by audition. The Musical program offers a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their talents and be part of a large, dynamic performance ensemble.

  • Eligibility: Open to all students in Years 7 to 12, subject to a successful audition
  • Performances: Biennial performances in May at the prestigious Woodville Town Hall
  • Rehearsal Times: During a Musical year, rehearsals are scheduled for Wednesdays after school from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm, and during Friday lunchtimes
  • Ensemble: Our ensemble can accommodate up to 60 students
  • Backstage Crew: Students interested in behind-the-scenes work can join the backstage crew, contributing to set painting and prop-making
  • Weekend Rehearsals: Occasionally, weekend rehearsals are held, particularly as we approach performance dates
  • Performance Week Commitment: During performance week, students are required to attend daily rehearsals and performances at the Woodville Town Hall, sometimes late into the evening
