Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be modified from time to time and any purchases made shall signify your agreement to be bound by any changes.

Please read through these carefully before making any purchase from the St Michael’s College website. Your purchase will indicate your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are in effect from 20/07/2020.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on the item due to hygiene reasons.

FAULTY ITEMS

We will offer a replacement or refund (depending on circumstances) if the item is faulty. Proof of purchase must be supplied.

Please contact the Communications Department on 08 8356 5966 or by email: community@smc.sa.edu.au to begin this process. To help expedite the process, please email a photo of the fault so we can identify the issue. We will assess the item but will not accept items that are damaged due to mistreatment.

After the item is reviewed, a replacement will be issued. A full refund can be negotiated depending on circumstances and availability of the item.

SHIPPING AND COLLECTION OF ITEMS

This is a click and collect item only. You must show your proof of purchase on collection via a printed copy of the receipt or displayed on your mobile phone.

Collection points:

  • Secondary students will collect their item from the Bookroom.
  • Parents, caregivers, community members and old scholars will collect their item from the Secondary Campus Reception.

PRIVACY

St Michael’s College recognises and respects the Purchaser’s privacy and will treat any personal information as private.

The Purchaser acknowledges that it is necessary to collect personal information in order to trade with St Michael’s College. Personal information collected will be kept safe, confidential and respected. St Michael’s College will only use personal information for the purposes which the purchaser gives to St Michael’s College.

St Michael’s College will not sell or pass on any personal information to any third party, however, the information may need to be shared with our secure payment providers. This includes sharing information with the Purchaser’s nominated credit referees and third party credit reporting agencies who are all bound by privacy laws and regulations to ensure your data is protected.

ORDERING

St Michael’s College cannot guarantee and accepts no liability in regards to the availability of stock. St Michael’s College reserves the right to cancel any order without notice.

ON SELLING

Under no circumstances may the Purchaser on sell or resell any of St Michael’s College items or goods on any website, third party online reselling channels, retailers, private selling events or catalogue sales. Should this term be breached, St Michael’s College reserves the right to recover all items.

CURRENCY

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All transactions are settled in AUD. Some credit providers may charge additional fees, please contact your credit provider for more information.

GST & TAXES

All purchases within Australia incur the standard government Goods and Service Tax (GST).

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address. The email will reconfirm all details, charges and any other relevant information. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate. Please contact us immediately should you need to make any changes to your order.

BILLING

We will accept payment for your purchase by either Visa® and/or MasterCard®

Please ensure you enter your contact and delivery details correctly, including your phone number, so that we can contact you if necessary. If payment is via credit card, the name on the credit card used for payment must match the billing name on the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order which we determine does not meet this requirement

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation by St Michael’s College
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you immediately.

Cancellation by Purchaser
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been purchased. The order will then comply with our returns policy.

SIZING & PHOTO REPRESENTATION

The St Michael’s College website provides an accurate as possible representation of the product and its colour.

Colour representation may also vary slightly due to computer image quality and screen settings.
