Duration: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week – 48 weeks per year
Location: Henley Beach Campus with some time spent at the Primary Campus, Beverley
Commences: ASAP
Salary: Education Support Officer – Grade 6 (Permanent) + POR 3

St Michael’s College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to lead the stewardship of our physical environment in support of our Lasallian mission.

This pivotal role ensures that our campuses reflect the values of faith, service, and community-creating spaces where holistic student development can flourish.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualifications and relevant experience of an equivalent combination of experience and/or
    education, trade qualifications, and/or training
  • Experience in project management and contract administration
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing a large facility including services, utilities and
    contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships to generate solutions and create opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising, support and providing pastoral care of staff
  • Experience in leading a team High-level expertise in communications and computer literacy
  • Current Driver’s License
  • First Aid Qualifications
  • Current and acceptable Working with Children Clearance and screening to work in Catholic Education SA
  • Current valid Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care certificate
