SA POWER NETWORKS ADVISORY NOTICE
Advisory Notice of SA Power Networks works in the area Thursday, 16 June 2022, from 9:00 am.
SAPN will be conducting powerline work at 24 Lawrie Street, Henley Beach. There will be stop/slow procedures on Lawrie Street for the duration of the works, and the site will be set up and controlled by traffic controllers on site.

YEAR 12 RETREAT – WEDNESDAY 15 – FRIDAY 17 JUNE
The Year 12 Retreat is a key event in the College calendar and invariably one of the most memorable experiences of the year. It is a means of engaging senior students and making links between the world they know and the faith to which they are called. Student evaluations of the retreat confirm its profound value and central place in the St Michael’s Year 12 experience. Please refer to the Consent2Go email for all details regarding this event. A summary appears below:
A reminder of the three Retreat groups and venues:
Group 1: Ankara Camp (12-1,12-2,12-6,12-7) Walkers Flat: 0413 875 868
Group 2: Latvian Camp Dzintari (12-3,12-5,12-8,12-9) Willson Drive, Normanville: 0457 975 378
Group 3: CU Wallaroo, Wallaroo (12-4, 12-10, 12-11) 10 John Tce Wallaroo: 0431741020
Transport: All students travel by bus with St Michael’s staff.
Departure: Wednesday, 10 March from St Michael’s College, Lawrie St Gate 4.
- Normanville assemble at 9:00 am depart at 9:30 am
- Wallaroo assemble at 9:30 am depart at 10:00 am
- Walkers Flat assemble at 10:00 am and departs at 10:30 am
Returning: Approximately 1:00 pm Friday, 17 June at St Michael’s College, Lawrie St Gate 4.
Students will need to bring: Personal medication, masks, water bottle, sleeping bag, pillow, towel, toiletries (soap, tooth, brush etc.), insect repellent, two tea towels, hat, sunscreen, walking shoes, torch, waterproof coat, and closed shoes for outdoor activities (they may get muddy), warm clothing (evenings can be cold), and gear that may get wet.
