The best thing about attending SMC is: Sharing quality time every day with my incredible friends and supportive teachers!
One chore I don’t like doing is: Dusting bookshelves or windowsills – quite tedious and time-consuming.
Leadership means to me: Being a trustworthy, understanding, and kind role-model to others, and having the opportunity to help them in meaningful ways.
I have a pet: (tortoiseshell coloured) Cat whose name is Pixie
To be a Lasallian Leader means: Following in the footsteps of St John Baptist De La Salle by connecting with others and providing them with meaningful guidance.
This year as a College Leader I wish to be best known as: Someone who encourages and supports others to do their best in all the things they enjoy.
Five words which best describe my personality are: Caring, creative, hard-working, empathetic, reliable.
A person I most admire is: My Dad
If I could create one change for SMC in 2025 it would be: To help more students believe that they are a very valued part of the SMC community, and to make the school an even more enjoyable place to be in!
A quote that I believe in is: “The best and most beautiful things in this world cannot be seen or even heard but must be felt with the heart.” – Helen Keller
Something funny that has happened to me was: When I was 5 years old, I had a wobbly tooth, and my dad had the brilliant idea of getting my pet chicken to perform dentistry on me. I sat on a high stool with a string tied to my wobbly tooth. The other end of the string was tied to the chicken’s leg. The chicken was tossed into the air, feathers flew all over the place and out came my tooth!
A teacher at SMC I admire is: Mr De Silva
Why? His genuine passion for teaching, shown through engaging lessons, and his true care for his students, makes going to chemistry very enjoyable.
Something interesting about me no one knows? I love adventure activities and have been bungee jumping from a 50m platform in Queensland. I’d love to go sky diving one day, too.
