About the Role
St Michael’s College is a Catholic coeducations College in the Lasallian tradition which is committed to the human and Christian education of the young, especially the poor, through: Community, Challenge and Choice.

St Michael’s College is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer to support the daytoday operations of our Front Office and College Library. This is a dynamic and varied role suited to someone who thrives in a busy school environment and enjoys contributing across multiple areas of college life.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily running of:

Front Office Administration welcoming students, staff, families and visitors; managing enquiries; supporting enrolments and general administration.
College Library supporting library services, maintaining resources, assisting students and staff, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

About You
The successful applicant will demonstrate:

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a busy, fastpaced environment
A positive, professional and approachable manner
Proven ability to be a team player while also working independently
Confidence in transferring skills across administrative, compliance, and library functions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems


Experience in a school or education setting is desirable but not essential.

Location: Secondary Campus, Henley Beach
Tenure: ESO Grade 3 / Permanent / Part-Time / 15 Hours Per Week (Monday & Friday) / 41 Weeks Per Annum (term time)
With flexibility to work at other times during the week as required.
