STATE BADMINTON

Congratulations to Year 9 student, Louis Thomas-Trophimes who has been selected for the U15 State Badminton Team. Louis only started playing Badminton less than two years ago and through a lot of hard work has made the State Team.

Louis will play in Adelaide with the team from 5 – 10 July which will be the first National Championships to be held for several years due to COVID.

Well done Louis, the College community wishes you the best of luck!

NATIONAL JUNIOR BASKETBALL CLASSICS

Congratulations to Year 10 students Sophie Baker and Coco Hodges who were a part of the West Adelaide Girls Basketball Team who won the gold medal at the National Junior Classics in the Under 16 Division 1 league. This is an amazing feat as the West Adelaide team has not won since 1985, 37 years ago!

Special mention to Sophie Baker (pictured) who won MVP of the match.
